The b kinder foundation charity is the legacy of 12 year old Billie Kinder. Through early intervention, the b kinder initiatives empower and inspire children to be kinder, more compassionate and more empathetic. Their programs and resources are having a significant impact on children’s mental health issues, bullying and suicide.

b kinder day is an annual worldwide event on 22^nd June that addresses what it means to be kind by encouraging everyone to spread kindness. This year it falls on a Saturday so we suggest celebrating on Friday 21^st June at schools and businesses.

The main activity on b kinder day is for everyone to write a kind message in one of Billie’s beautifully illustrated b kinder day cards and send it to someone you care about. 

How you can get involved;

• Encourage your child’s school to take part. A school information kit can be found on the b kinder website.
• Get your organisation/business/café/shop/workplace on board.
• Share kindness messages with your family and friends.

b kinder day cards with bright red envelopes are $1 each. Larger orders come with free b kinder day posters and balloons (biodegradable).

• Mini Dance/Acro 2-6yrs – A mix of gymnastics/dance skills, focusing on balance, musicality, and rhythm. In a brand-new dance studio. 

Competitive Cheerleading Teams: Through the passion and dedication of highly trained coaches, you are sure to not only learn the skills required to succeed but also many valuable life skills such as resilience, accountability, and the importance of teamwork.

Competitive Dance: The goal for the competitive dancers is to have fun, learn & push to their limits. There are a variety of competition teams in Novice and All-Star, and dance disciplines.

Recreational Dance: This new program encourages dancers to step out of their comfort zone, have some fun while learning some cool moves and fall in love with dance with their friends!

Tumbling/Floor Based Gymnastics: This is a fantastic way for athletes to work on and learn new tumbling skills and progressing through levels in a safe environment under the guidance from qualified coaches.

Recreational Gymnastics: Recreational Gymnastics classes for Girls and Boys who will experience all gymnastics apparatus, working on their core and strength, and learning all the flips and tricks. There are recreational classes for all ages and abilities.

Competitive Gymnastics: Works on all Olympic apparatus for both Girls and Boys: Focusing on Technique, Flexibility, Strength and fun, high-level coaches will help you reach your true potential.

Kindergym:
KinderGym is Gymnastics Australia’s program for children aged 0 to 5 years. An all-round approach to children’s wellbeing is followed, which is rooted in our three pillars of movement, exploration and development. Class sizes are restricted because this enables a focus on every child’s unique development. Parents/caregivers have a vital role in these classes, supporting their child as a play mate, role model and cheerleader. 

Recreational gymnastics:
Onyx Recreational is an exciting structured program suitable for children aged 4-12 years. There are also classes from 4-8yrs, 7-10yrs & 9-12 yrs. This program runs 7 days a week and focuses on the fundamentals of gymnastics, from handstands to cartwheels and strength to flexibility. Onyx has its own award scheme for recreational gymnasts to work through to motivate and reward our gymnasts as they learn.

Acro & Tumbling:
Unlock the Pathway to Mastering Tumbling Excellence. Classes are for gymnasts aged 5 years+ who want to improve their floor skills. Your child will learn the correct technique from forward rolls to back flips – building confidence, having fun & getting stronger by the session!
