Come to The Monday Evening Meditation – a small group where we use breath-work, meditation and mindfulness – your body will slow down, your mind will focus and your spirit will soar!
You may be wanting to experience mindfulness, or you may be an old hand at it… which ever level you are at, this is a great chance to experience and practice Mindfulness/Meditation.
You will listen to your body, become aware of the stress in your system, be led in mindfulness and meditation to reduce and let go of what is effecting you – all in a small group for your maximum benefit. You will leave changed in body, mind and spirit – feeling calm, more energized and focused.
You may discover what your pain is trying to tell you, what your anxiety is screaming at you and even calm your overwhelm!
