Join Simone for an hour of ‘self care’ to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mindfulness, and nourish your wellbeing! Yoga is also a great way to tone the body, improve your flexibility, and build strength.
The weekly afternoon class is suitable for tweens, teens and adults, and offers local residents with an opportunity to enjoy ‘self care’ and discover a greater sense of wellbeing in a busy world. Come on your own, or attend with your son, daughter, partner or friend. Beginners are welcome!
Attire: Tights and t-shirts or clothing suitable for movement
