Join the campaign to bring local playground back to life

When local Mum Eliza Curby reached out to Northern Beaches Mums to support her campaign to have a local park cleaned up, the reply was a resounding YES….

This week, local Mum of 3 Eliza Curby was so appalled by the state of the park next to Mona Vale Library that she wanted to do something and called out to Northern Beaches Mums for support.  The response was huge with the park being described as borderline derelict and in a possibly dangerous state, and had been for quite some time.

Eliza expressed concern that her young son could possibly find a needle hiding underneath the piles of leaves, and went on to add that the park was “unfriendly, unkept, graffitied, splintering, overgrown and such a waste of space.”

Knowing that is COULD be a great recreational space, Eliza has taken on the task of raising this important issue with the council and has started a petition to gain support from the local community.

Join the campaign and help Eliza raise awareness to help make the park a safe and fun place for families to enjoy once more.
