UnitingCare Forestville Preschool is?opening its doors to the public on Saturday June 29, 2019 for its Open Day.
A community-based and not-for-profit preschool, we’re beloved by the local?community and are the third largest provider of community-based education and care services in NSW.?We have been operating for over 50 years in Forestville.
On Saturday June 29 from 10am until 1pm, we?ll be providing free family friendly activities, including: a jumping castle, a sausage sizzle, a kindi farm and goody bags.

About UnitingCare Forestville Preschool:
At UnitingCare Forestville Preschool, we offer pre-schoolers and their families a safe and nurturing, engaging and home-like environment.
Our preschool offers four rooms, with fully qualified teachers and educators providing a stimulating learning environment and quality school readiness program. Our team of staff aim to develop the whole child ? physical, cognitive, language and social skills – through a play-based learning program. Children?s emotional development is nurtured in a caring and consistent setting where children can feel safe, secure, happy and confident.
Our service has a strong philosophy of inclusion for all children. We offer a specific inclusion team to provide additional support to all rooms as needed.
Through small and large group experiences, the children at UnitingCare Forestville Preschool share in language, music, movement, drama, science, pre-number and pre-writing experiences.
Our beautifully designed natural outdoor environment features newly landscaped areas, a sandpit, climbing structures, a themed garden, a vegie patch and areas where children can explore and play.
We offer convenient hours of operation – preschool program 8am to 3.30pm with an optional Extended Hours Program from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
